PawLynx is an online pet-care retail brand operated from Taiwan and primarily serving customers in the United States. Questions may be sent to andyhu.business@gmail.com.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be able to enter a binding purchase contract in your location to place an order. Use this website lawfully, do not interfere with its security or operation, and provide accurate account, contact, billing, and delivery information.

Products and pet safety

Review the product page, selected variant, dimensions, materials, included items, and care instructions before ordering. Pet products should be used under appropriate supervision. Stop use if a product becomes damaged or creates a risk. PawLynx products are not veterinary devices and our content is not medical advice.

Prices, availability, and orders

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Taxes and available shipping charges are shown before payment. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve inventory. We may correct pricing or content errors and may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, shipping restrictions, or an obvious error, subject to applicable law. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

Payment

Payment methods are provided through Shopify checkout and the payment providers displayed there. A payment button or provider logo does not guarantee that a provider has approved every transaction. Payment authorization and any secure provider redirect must be completed before an order is accepted.

Shipping and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Return Policy form part of these terms. Product-specific information shown before purchase controls where it is more specific and does not reduce non-waivable consumer rights.

Intellectual property and third-party services

PawLynx branding and original store content may not be copied without permission. Product and service names belonging to others remain their owners' property. The store can use third-party services for hosting, checkout, payment, analytics, and fulfillment; those services may have separate terms and privacy practices.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised date. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
